3. You will be notified with an email once we approve the return along with the return label.

4. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received with all tags and labels intact.

5. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 3 days from the date of delivery. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.
